July 18- Justin Kain, 27, will discuss funding a fix and flip with someone else's money. He is an entrepeneur from Aurora, IL, After attending Nouveau Riche real estate and entrepeneur education cirrriculum, Justin took his investment business full time in 2007. Justin explains the unique funding options that are nessessary for investors in today's market.

September 12 - National speaker Jeff Taylor, aka Mr. Landlord. We need a large turn out for this meeting to hold down our cost for the speaker. More info to follow, but please mark this event on your calendar.
