Mark Reynolds is a long time member of NICIA and the current president. He has owned and operated manufacturing, service, construction and sales companies. But his primary expertise is in real estate development. In his 35+ years of business experience he has earned a reputation for seeing the big picture and finding opportunities others have missed by thinking outside the box. Mr. Reynolds has developed Apartments, Industrial, and Commercial buildings throughout the Chicago land area. Currently he resides in the south suburbs of Chicago and mostly works in that geographic region.

Mark believes in giving back to the NICIA and so he has developed a class for new real estate investors.  Students who sign up will be mentored by Mark over the course of the 10 sessions.  Students will meet at Theo's restaurant weekly and the cost of this course includes all text books plus dinner.  He will become a partner to the students and help them to not only determine a good deal but provide skin in the game with some financing.  An investor friend of Mark's has also agreed to fund any deal that the class is interested in pursuing.
