Membership Benefits:
The NICIA Board of Directors is working diligently to provide additional benefits to it's members, including benefits from joining the National Real Estate Investors Association. We will soon host nationally recognized speakers for a full day events and provide additional educational opportunites for our members. Stay in the know by joining and maintaining your membership with NICIA. We have alot of exciting events planned in the near future that will be announced soon.

- Monthly meetings with speakers or discussion about topics that will help you with your business and protect your assets
- Relevant discussions and Networking with your peers
- Google email group loop that allows you to ask questions, discuss issues and provide information to other investors

- Keep up on current events pertaining to our business
Dues
Annual membership is $48.00 and is due every April. Guests are $5.00 per meeting. Dues are tax deductable (consult your accountant)
Fee schedule is as follows:
April- $48.00
May-$45.00
June-$42.00
Etc.

Complete the Application Form below and bring the Application Form to the next meeting along with cash or a check made out to NICIA or sign up at the next NICIA meeting. We cannot accept Credit cards. Or mail to address above.
