Meeting information
NICIA meets every month on the second Saturday of every month. This is a great way for new investors and experienced investors to come together and share information and experiences with other like minded individuals.
Or program director goal is to find and invite local and sometimes nationally recognized speakers to present relevant information about the various aspects of investing in real estate, landlording and tenants, purchasing and selling and other topics of interest.
Members are allowed to promote their wholesale deals and related services either prior to the presentation or afterwards and are encoraged to network with your peers after the meetings.
Legal issues affecting our members are also disucssed, such as recent pending state and federal legislation on lead paint , landlord and tenants rights and investing.
Occaisionally, we will have open forums and discussions about general topics relevant to real estate investor businesses and anyone in attendance can ask for advice or provide info relevant to our group.
Doors open at 8:30 AM and regular member meetings and presentations start at 9 AM.
Members are welcome to sit in on the Board of Directors meeting that starts at 7:30 AM.
Coffee is provided, but please eat breakfast before you come. No food or outside beverages are permitted in the facility.
Social events are planned around a Summer picnic and End of the Year Holiday event.
